Dynamic Barbell Club is a 3,000 sq. ft. private strength training facility that offers personal training, sports conditioning, and nutrition planning. Dynamic Barbell Club is owned and operated by Erick Minor, an accomplished personal trainer and strength coach. Dynamic Barbell Club is managed by Chad Blake, a local strength and conditioning expert.
Our clients utilize unorthodox and standard strength equipment to achieve rapid results. We demonstrate proven methods of performance enhancement for novice and professional athletes. We also teach personal training clients the most effective protocols to attain their goals.

Our intent is to produce measurable results for individuals seeking dramatic improvements in sports performance, fat loss, and muscle hypertrophy. Utilizing cutting edge training, nutrition, and recovery methods enhances our success.
A thorough evaluation is performed on each client assessing muscular balance, functional strength, body composition, and physical limitations. These tests allow us to develop a customized training program that will maximize results.
